Over the course of his career, David has personally led more than $5 billion in closed sales, including three of the most iconic recent transactions in Bel Air and Holmby Hills - each surpassing $100 million - among them the legendary $120 million sale of The Manor that established the record in LA County and California, a palatial $110 million Bel Air estate (Los Angeles’ highest-priced transaction in 2025), and a landmark $145 million Holmby Hills estate. David’s record-breaking $72.5 million Beverly Hills sale also remains a defining milestone in the market’s recent history.
